CONCERNING RESERVATION

When is the campsite open?

The campsite is open from April 20th to September 21st, 2024. You will find the updated dates every year on the campsite

What are the reception opening hours?

  • The office of'Reception is open from 8:30 am to 7:30 pm in July and August.
  • In low season the office is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
During the annual closing period, a hotline is at your disposal:
  • Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • From Saturday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How many pitches does the campsite have?

Do you accept ANCV (holiday vouchers)?
Yes, holiday vouchers are accepted for the payment of your reservation and for all purchases in the field.

Are you VACAF approved? Do you accept VACAF vouchers?

No, we do not accept VACAF vouchers
How much is the tourist tax?
0.61 € per day and per person aged 18 and over

How much is the deposit for my reservation?

  • Any reservation for a bare pitch must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% + €31 administration fee or €11 administration fee in low season for a weekend and/or one night + possibly cancellation option.
  • All rental reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% + €31 administration fee (€11 for an internet reservation or short stay in low season) + possibly the cancellation option. The rental balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date.

What are the accepted payment methods at the campsite?

Payments by credit card, cash, ANCV check are accepted Checks are accepted for all deposit and balance payments made within 30 days of your arrival at the campsite. Payments by check are not accepted on the campsite.

Do you offer cancellation insurance?

  • Cancellation option at €15: in the event of withdrawal at least 60 days before the scheduled arrival date, on receipt of a registered letter, the deposit minus the booking fee and the amount of the cancellation option taken out, will be refunded. After this deadline, all sums paid will be forfeited.
  • 35€ cancellation option: in the event of withdrawal at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, on receipt of a registered letter, the deposit minus the booking fee and the amount of the cancellation option taken out will be refunded. After this deadline, all sums paid will be forfeited. 
  • 90€ cancellation option: in the event of withdrawal at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date, on receipt of a registered letter, the deposit minus the booking fee and the amount of the cancellation option taken out will be refunded. After this deadline, all sums paid will be forfeited. 
In all other cases of withdrawal received by registered letter, without cancellation option, the deposit and booking fees will remain due, as well as all sums paid. If no cancellation is received by registered letter, the full amount of the holiday will be due.
Jurisdiction clause: any disputes will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of a court of first instance.
Do babies count towards the accommodation capacity?
Yes, babies are counted in the accommodation capacity. The number of people indicated by the rental must not be exceeded, for security and insurance reasons.
Where is the Campsite located?
It is located in the heart of the department halfway between Périgueux and Montignac-Lascaux about 18km. Its location centered on the department allows you to easily visit all the important sites of Dordogne.
How to reach the campsite from the motorway?
On the A89 coming from Brive la gaillarde towards Bordeaux, take exit 17 - Saint Yrieix la Perche - at the roundabout take the D6089 towards “de La Bachellerie- Thenon- Perigueux- Bordeaux” always stay on the D6089 towards Périgueux - do about 20km. After Fossemagne, drive for about 4 km and turn right Route de la Pélonie for another 300m and you have arrived. On the A89 coming from Bordeaux towards Brive la gaillarde, take exit 16 towards Limoges-Brive la gaillarde-Sarlat. At the roundabout always take the direction of Brive la gaillarde by the D6089. Stay on the D6089 towards Brive la gaillarde for about 10km. After St Crein D'Auberoche, continue for about 3 km and turn left, Route de la Pélonie for another 300m and you have arrived.

INFORMATION CONCERNING YOUR CAMPSITE

Are there shops near the campsite?
The campsite is located between two villages Fossemagne and Saint Pierre de Chignac (5kms). In Fossemagne, you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a tobacco press and a doctor. In Saint Pierre de Chignac, you will find a bakery, a newsagent, a pharmacy, mini market, butcher, hairdresser, veterinarian, a health center and a gas station. For your shopping, you will find a supermarket in Thenon (10kms), or you can go to Périgueux (commercial area of ​​Trélissac, 18kms Hyper U, Leclerc…).
Is there a grocery store on the campsite? Can we order bread and pastries?
Yes, you will find all the products you need for food assistance, as well as many cold drinks and ice cream. A bakery service, allows you to order your different breads and pastries for the next morning

What are the opening hours of the bar, restaurant and snack bar?

BAR: In low season, the bar is open during reception hours, i.e. from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. In July and August the bar is open from 8:30 am to 11 pm non-stop Restaurant: The restaurant opens from mid-June only in the evening from 11.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. by reservation In July and August the restaurant is open from 7 pm to 9:30 pm, at noon a reduced menu will be offered. In the evening the service is open from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., a larger menu is available with many Perigord specialties. Snack: A take-out snack service is also set up .

What are the opening dates and times of the aquatic areas?

The indoor swimming pool is heated and is open during the entire campsite opening period. The swimming pool with water slides is also heated, its opening and closing date depending on the climatic events of the low season. "Usually open from May until the end of September" The swimming pools are open from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The swimming pool of the water park is only open for swimming from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The slides are in service from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Are swim shorts accepted in swimming pools?
No, for hygienic reasons swim shorts are not accepted in swimming pools.

Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the campsite is accessible to people with reduced mobility, adapted sanitary facilities are in place within the campsite. Also access to the reception, grocery store, bar restaurant is possible. On the other hand, we do not have a PRM mobile home.

Is there a children's club on the campsite? From what age can children go to the Kids Club?

Children from 4 to 11 years old can participate in the children's club. Parents can of course stay and participate in the animation with their children. The children's club takes place Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. 

Are there activities on the campsite?

We offer sports tournaments every day except on staurdays and supervised by our animator. At the beginning of the evening you will attend to “burger quiz, blind test, werewolf and others”. A large themed meal, a family show evening, a music concert evening.
Are visitors accepted?
Visitors are accepted into the campsite after presenting themselves at reception. Visitors do not, however, have access to the swimming pools. During a pandemic such as COVID 19, visitors can no longer be accepted within the campsite.
Are bracelets mandatory?
Wearing a bracelet is compulsory for the duration of your stay.
Can people outside the campsite access the campsite facilities "swimming pools, toilets, playground ..."?
The various campsite facilities are reserved for customers staying on the campsite. To ensure everyone's safety, the wristband is mandatory and permanent in order to control any intrusion into the campsite. It gives access to the swimming pools.
Can unaccompanied minors rent a pitch or a mobile home?
For security reasons, minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted on the Pélonie campsite site.
How do car entrances and exits work?
The automatic barrier is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. You will be given a badge upon arrival. Vehicles are not allowed to travel from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. within the campsite. The speed limit of 10km / h must be respected throughout the campsite.
I wish to leave earlier… I could not arrive on Saturday…
If you wish to shorten your stay with us or in the event of a late arrival, no refund will be made, as mentioned in the general conditions of the campsite. In case of late arrival, please let us know
Are there a charge for the activities?
Most of the activities are free, only the activities offered by an external provider "archery, canoeing ..." are paid
Can we choose our pitch or our mobile home?
You can make your request in the comments when booking. Although very attentive to the complete satisfaction of our customers, we do not guarantee the preferences mentioned when making your reservation: site or rental numbers, proximity requirements for rentals with several families or exhibitions. Your preferences will be met to the extent of our possibilities, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.

Do you accept dogs on camping pitches and rentals?

We accept animals, only 2 per pitch, they must be vaccinated, tattooed and kept on a leash in the campsite. First and second category dogs are not accepted. To be accepted you must pay the daily fee. In some rentals, animals are not allowed. This is the case with the Lascaux, Sarlat, Chêne, Acacia, Dordogne mobile homes.
Can I walk my dog ​​around the campsite?
Yes - We have paths and large wooded areas all around the campsite.

Is there a laundromat on the campsite?

You will find a laundromat in the sanitary block of the campsite with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The machines work with tokens that you can buy at the reception, at the price of 4,5 € per machine
What are your environmental initiatives?
Our campsite adheres to garbage sorting. Also, household waste must be placed in the containers provided for this purpose near the sanitary block and sorted. What are the arrival and departure times for rentals?
As far as possible we ask you to respect the following arrival times From 2 p.m. to 3 p.m .: Mobile homes: LASCAUX-IRIS-CHARME-JASMIN From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Mobile homes: LILAS-BEYNAC-HAUTEFORT-DORDOGNE-FLORALIS From 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m .: Mobile homes: ACACIA-CHENE-SARLAT-PERIGUEUX Your departure must take place before 10:00 am, after your exit inventory.
Can we arrive any day of the week ??
In low season arrivals are possible every day, in July and August arrivals are possible only on Saturdays.

Do I have to provide a deposit on my arrival?

For any reservation for rental accommodation or a Premium pitch, a security deposit of €200 must be paid via SWIKLY.
You will receive an email with a connection link to your SWIKLY file to be validated 40 days before your arrival (or the same day of your reservation for a last minute stay). NB: you can validate your security deposit at any time via your APV customer account.
In all cases, this security deposit is not debited from your bank account and does not impact your bank limit.
At the end of your stay, in the event that the maintenance has not been carried out correctly by you, the cleaning deposit in the amount of €150(2 bedroom rental) to €200 (3 bedroom rental) will be taken from your Swikly deposit. Furthermore, in the case of material damage to the accommodation, a fixed price corresponding to the cost of the damaged equipment will be levied on the same principle.
Access to the security deposit is via your MY ACCOUNT customer area. You will subsequently receive an email confirming the return of your security deposit 10 days after the end of your stay.
If there is damage, we will inform you in advance of a possible deduction.

How are the mobile homes equipped?
Pillows and blankets are provided for each bed in the rentals. Sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels and cleaning products are not provided. Each mobile home is equipped with a set of dishes adapted to its capacity. You can find the inventories of each mobile home on the campsite site under the heading "Rental" or on request by email.

What are the dimensions of the beds in the mobile homes?

In all the mobile homes the double beds are 140 × 190 and the single beds are 80 × 190 except those in Premium category which have a double bed 160 × 190cm

What type of coffee machine are the Mobile Home equipped with?

All mobile homes are equipped with an electric filter coffee maker. Premium accommodations have an additional capsule coffee machine.
What is the “baby kit” made of?
The baby kit consists of an umbrella bed with mattress, a high chair and a bathtub. There is a supplement to pay, you must book it at least 1 month before your arrival to ensure availability.
